INSTRUCTIONS: How are you related to someone else? Here's how to find out. Put your COMMON ANCESTOR in Block 1 (upper left). List YOUR direct descendent line across the top, list the OTHER PERSON'S descendent line down the left side. Follow the rows and columns to find relationships.

EXAMPLE: Print YOUR name in Block 3 across the top and a known FIRST COUSIN in Block 3 along the side. Print your MOTHER or FATHER in Block 2 along the top, your common GRANDPARENT in Block 1, and your cousin's MOTHER or FATHER (your AUNT or UNCLE) in Block 2 along the side. Add your CHILDREN and GRANDCHILDREN, and those of your cousin, in Blocks 4 and 5 to see more relations. Have fun!
